Hello! My name is Marci Reuter, and I’ve had the privilege of calling Rapid City home for the past 31 years. It's here that I met my husband and raised three wonderful daughters. Throughout my time in this vibrant community, I’ve had the honor of working alongside incredible people, many of whom are small business owners, including my husband.

Over the course of my career, I’ve owned several businesses and managed many key aspects of operations, from overseeing multi-million-dollar budgets to marketing, advertising, operations management, bookkeeping, and customer service. As I reflect on my experiences, I’ve discovered that my true passion lies in the logistical and structural aspects of business. I thrive on putting the puzzle pieces together, seeing the big picture, and finding the right way to connect each element to create something cohesive and successful.

This passion led me to start my own small business, KST Business & Consulting Services LLC, where I focus on providing practical, affordable solutions to help small businesses achieve their goals.
